We offer two types of plans: Prepaid Plans and Premium Plans
  1. Prepaid plans ($10/hr)

  • 20 Hours - $200
  • 40 Hours - $320
  • 50 Hours - $400

2.   Premium Plans ($8/hr)
  • 1-month plan (8hrs/day) - $1408
  • 6-month plan (8hrs/day) - $8448

How do I get a VA?

To be able to have America's Best Assistants, you'll need to sign-up as one of America' Best Agents first  and pay a very low annual fee of $100. After that, you can inquire about America's Best Assistants by emailing ginnylee@americasbestagents.com or jizelle@americasbestassistants.com.

From there, they will help you with choosing the right packages and plans for you.

Payments are processed through PayPal, you can use any credit card, and just follow the simple payment processing instructions.

Once the payment has been received and verified, you'll then meet your VA. You'll then have a one on one teleconference for your initial briefing with your VA. During this time, you can outline the tasks, time line and deliverable, reporting, and expectations.

How do I know that the VA uses her time on my projects?

We know how important this is, that's why our VAs are closely monitored by their team leads, and all work from the office.  We provide our clients with a detailed service invoice of services rendered, and will also send update reports.
